To be Updated 2018
Northern Michigan Region Section 3 will be conducting a Hybrid Instructor Development Class open to all region patrollers this fall 2013. The Instructor Development Class is the first step in becoming an instructor in any NSP discipline. The hybrid class consists to a self-paced on-line portion and a classroom, mini-lesson session where each student presents a 10 minute lesson on a topic within the discipline they plan to teach. Upon successful completion of the on-line class the candidate will be able to print a certificate of completion which must be presented at the classroom session.
If any patrollers would like to become NSP Instructors please have them register for the Instructor Development On-Line class at www.nspelearning.com and notify Dick Jacques with their name, National ID number and the discipline they would like to teach. We can then plan the classroom session and identify qualified mentors for each candidate. This mentor will facilitate and supervise the candidates development into a NSP Instructor.
For details on upcoming classes contact Sharon Crockett at 231-838-5592
