New Recruitment Ideas from the National Office
NSP has a few different recruitment methods and items available. We have
posters that can be hung around the ski area or in local shops and we also
have an entirely new recruitment brochure and recruitment card. The brochure
is available on the staples button on the NSP Pro Deals Page and the back
page is fully editable so that patrols can enter their own “steps to becoming
a patroller,” as well as local contact info. The recruitment card is a trading
card that’s designed for patrollers to hand out to prospective patrollers on the hill.
Images of the card follow this announcerment.
Also, the third graphic below is an ad aimed at young adult patrollers. This ad,
the card, and the posters are available free of charge (shipping costs only)
from the NSP office. We are currently waiting on the recruitment card to come in and
then we can distribute these items to patrols. Let me know if you’d like any. I
Thanks,
David Frick

This brochure and the following spread from an inside view is a trifold that can be mailed or handed out, it also can be customized with your patrol name via Staples. If you have a color printer try printing it our yourself, flip the result and put in printer to print other side, if you did it correctly you have a sample of the brochure!
